Abstract

Management Consultancy provides a comprehensive introduction to the consulting industry, presenting a theoretical underpinning and outlining how to carry out management consultancy, as well as providing guidance on entering the industry. This insightful text equips students with the information and skills necessary to become a successful management consultant and enables them to gain a greater understanding of how the industry works, as well as the nature of the job itself.
