Abstract

The paper presents optical spectroscopy of ten objects associated with extragalactic radiosources, using the University of Hawaii 2.2-m telescope. Redshifts are measured for four radiogalaxies (B20217+36A+B, 3C73, 0648+19A, and 0648+19B) and for a galaxy which is probably associated with a double radiosource with highly unusual properties (0951+37); existing redshifts are confirmed for two radiogalaxies (4C39.04 and 4C40.08); and a tentative redshift of z = 2.87 measured for the quasar 3C82.
