Abstract

This paper briefly introduce the definition of BIM, different standards of BIM, and emphasis the application of BIM in bridge design. Though BIM is widely used in other industries like aerospace industry, BIM usage in bridge still have some limitations. However, envision of BIM utilization in bridge expects to a huge enhancement.
