Abstract

Uterinearteryembolization (UAE) is an effective non-surgical treatment for uterine myomas. Effects on fertility preservation are still under investigation. Various complications have been reported as well as few pregnancies. We report a case of spontaneous twins pregnancy following UAE in a woman who desired to preserve fertility.
